This was very cool…like how they brand their string jobs with the X but my guess is they do ask for permission. Seeing how it’s not on Rogers, Wilson probably wouldn’t like it too much.
Yeah… It is my understanding that the stencil on a player’s racquet is a direct result of the contract with his/her racquet sponsor. So like you suggested, Roger has the Wilson “W” on his. The Bryan brothers, for example, have racquet contracts with Prince but use Luxilon strings. The logo on their racquets? You guessed it… Prince. Take care.
