How to Make and Use Power Pads for Tennis

Used extensively in the days of wooden racquets, power pads have become somewhat extinct over the past several years.  Still…  Some people, including someone with the initials RF, still prefer to use them in their racquets.  In the video below, I discuss what power pads are, how to make them, and how to use them.  Please check it out and reach out to me if you have any questions.

    Great info on power pads. Yes, some of us gut string users still use power pads. Thanks for getting them in for us. Not sure about the enlarged sweet spot but I know it just makes the feel and feedback of the gut better for me.
